Thank you for supporting GaiaKind Wellness. We take great care in preparing and shipping your handcrafted holistic products. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and order volume.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. domestic): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Varies by country

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the item is scanned by the carrier.

4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
GaiaKind Wellness is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Lost packages due to incomplete or inaccurate information

  • Additional costs for reshipping returned packages

If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at:

6. Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged due to shipping:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

  • We will review the situation and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable

We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience.

7. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
Please note:

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • These charges are determined by your country and are the customer's responsibility

  • Shipping times may be longer due to customs processing

8. Handmade Production Considerations

Because our soaps, candles, teas, and herbal products are handcrafted:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur

  • These natural variations reflect the beauty of handmade wellness products
