Refund Policy - the basics
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the handcrafted nature of our soaps, candles, teas, oils, and herbal products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been purchased.
This policy ensures the quality, hygiene, and freshness of every item we make.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet begun processing.
After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed due to our small-batch production process.
