Refund Policy - the basics

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted nature of our soaps, candles, teas, oils, and herbal products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been purchased.

This policy ensures the quality, hygiene, and freshness of every item we make.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will evaluate the situation and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

GaiaKind Wellness is not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Deliveries marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
We will gladly assist you with information needed for the claim.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet begun processing.
After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed due to our small-batch production process.

5. Handmade Variations

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in:

  are normal and expected.

These variations do not qualify as defects and are part of the natural beauty of handmade holistic items.

7. Returns on Services & Events

For retreats, workshops, meditation sessions, and other wellness services:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Service payments may be transferable to a future event depending on availability

• No refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations
